Our COVID-19 Business Continuity Support Program

These times are unprecedented and therefore our support of one another needs to be too. OutSecure and its partner CloudInsyte  have incredible access to the world’s top service providers in cloud, data center, security, UCaaS, SD-WAN, and more.

We decided to work around the clock with our vendors to build a program designed to support our first responders, healthcare professionals, nonprofits, K-12 schools, and our government municipalities for free or at cost with no strings attached.

Areas of focus (based on the many requests of current clients) are:

In just three days we have deployed thousands of licenses to four municipalities for remote workers & virtual conferencing, three school districts assisting with e-learning, and one healthcare organization to help them engage in telemedicine.

We have direct lines of communications with all participating vendors to help organizations move quickly (front of the line for implementation) & ensure they are properly supported. Additionally, we are providing access to our IT decision-making platform free, including access to our engineering and analyst resources.

A note on Municipalities: By far, the most in-demand offer we have seen requested by municipalities specifically is LogMeIn’s (GoTo) Emergency Kit which includes GoToMeeting (video conference), GoToWebinar (hosted webinar + recording), Central (remote desktop access) and Rescue Assist (remote customer support). This entire package is FREE to municipalities for 3 months with no obligations. We are able to help accelerate the implementation and ensure they receive enterprise-team support.
