Step II : EVALUATION

Our team conducts an internal assessment of the AI system using a standardized checklist based on your context. This assessment covers the areas of data governance, model transparency, bias detection, and user privacy.

Objectives: Based on the assessment, we will collaborate with your organization and set objectives for meeting the Trusted AI standards, identifying potential gaps and areas for improvement.

Step III : REDUCE

Step VI : Certification Award and Seal Issuance

Award of Trusted AI Seal: The AI system is granted the Trusted AI Seal, signifying that it meets the highest standards for ethical, secure, and transparent AI development and deployment.

Deliverable: Public listing, backlink, seal image package and promotion the certified AI system is listed in a public registry of Trusted AI Seal holders, and the organization is allowed to use the seal in its marketing and communications.

Step VII : Post-Certification Monitoring and Recertification

Ongoing Monitoring: The organization commits to ongoing monitoring of the AI system to ensure continued compliance with the Trusted AI standards.

Deliverable: Periodic recertification depending on the nature of the AI system, recertification may be required periodically to maintain the Trusted AI Seal, particularly as the system evolves or new regulations emerge.
